Referral Candidates
You personally know one our our Delivery Specialist and they are referred you to the site. Employee receive a referral bonus after their respective candidate meets a set delivery standard.
Our Hiring Process
We have an eight-step process for adding new members to our team, ensuring everyone who drives for JKGL has the drive to be valuable member of the organization.
- Apply online
- Complete interviews
- Receive and accept our contingent “at will” job offer
- Undergo a 7 yr background check, 5 Panel drug test (these two at our expense) and onboarding questionnaire
- Paperwork time…I9, W4 and setup on ADP for payroll
- Enroll in a two-day paid Amazon training on-site at delivery station
- Finish two-day JKGL training on safety, loading, driving and delivery of packages with other JKGL associates
- Spend six additional days running “nursery” routes with lower package counts to build ability, confidence and competences

Job description
Delivery Driver – JKG Logistics
We are seeking reliable, independent, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!
We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the company

· As we grow, supervisory roles may be available
Benefits & Scheduling:
· $18.75 an hour (paid Bi-weekly)
· 10-hour shifts are typical
· 4-day work week (1 weekend day)
· $125 yearly credit to purchase work shoes from Zappos
· Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses
· Benefits after 30 days on the job
· Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Must have manual labor experience
· Must have valid driver’s license
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
· Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
